I love the relaxing, pressure free atmosphere at Qi. There is a huge fountain that acts as a wall in the yoga studio and it really adds to the atmosphere.
Qi is really able to accomodate all kinds of fitness levels. I was in a Kinesis class with an 80 year old woman and both of us, myself a 6'4" basketball player, were both challenged and excited to be there.
In my workouts I'm mainly motivated by classes. Qi has small classes that really work me out at times that are perfect when I'm coming home from work. The Kinesis classes are such a different kind of workout that it keeps me interested. Qi is a great place to keep me motivated and fit.
I love the personal feeling that Qi gives me. It doesn't have mirrors or a pretentious gym feel. The equipment is easy to use and there's always some one around to help me if I don't know how to use a machine.
Qi is the most incredible gym I've ever been to. The staff is always there and happy to to help you use something, or get ideas. Qi is unlike any other atmosphere I've encountered, I recommend it to everyone.
