Tipsy Cupcakes-Alcohol Infused

I really wanted to like this place but they messed up my order (for my gf's birthday) and it was pulling teeth trying to get someone on the phone to respond.The alcohol flavor was not there either. #fail.

I am a current employee of Tipsy Cupcakes, but prior to my employment I was a customer, that being said there are a few things I will address as well as leaving you with my own experience with Tipsy. First of all, since we at Tipsy had read Trinity45's review here on YP there have been modifications made to the cupcakes to include...wait for it... MORE ALCOHOL! Woohoo!! We do encourage constructive criticism from our wonderful customers that make this happen. I'd also like to point out that, due to variances in alcohol strength, there will, of course, be variances in how well you taste it from cupcake-to-cupcake because of size and flavor. I love my job, not just because I get to test for quality control *om nom nom*, but because the owners are wonderfully kind people to work for! We do try to accommodate for any technical, human, or cupcake (finicky little things that they are) errors to the best of our abilities and apologize if anyone has had a bad experience. I also know that I don't need to tell anyone reading this that every review is a one-sided story and cannot be applied to everyone else, perhaps even my own, but I will say that my own experience as a customer was a good one. I had a Livingsocial voucher I used for my Arbonne Launch party. The cupcakes were a huge success and even worked to bribe a few more people to attend! :D I hope this review helps! Sorry sounds like you don't understand the business or how they operate! I have tried almost very flavor and cupcake they have to offer, and they are fantastic! The mini's only offer a tiny taste of the alcohol which is why I buy the normal sizes, the mini's are good for sampling but if you want the taste and the alcohol you need to buy the regular sizes. I buy often as we have a lot of occasions and they are always a hit. Thanks again Tipsy!!!!

@MissHannah Okay I don't know what cupcakes you had or if it was from Tipsy cupcakes I am very particular about cupcakes but those were the best I had in along time they were truly good.Me and my girlfriend had visit their location for schedule pick up in the people were very nice and pleasant. I will shortly patronize their business again. for everyone else try for yourself.����

Don't Go! Waste of time & money!! I ordered online then went to go pick it up. Nobody was there when I arrived and then I was given the wrong order. The woman didn't seem to want to help at all, then she gave me a different order that still wasn't right. I tried one cupcake when I got home and they taste horrible. Terrible purchase!

Just ordered 2 dozen minis and the cupcakes were moist and tasted good, but alcohol flavor was not there. They tasted like chocolate cupcakes with vanilla frosting. Some cupcakes didn't even have the filling inside. The price is a bit steep for not having an alcohol flavor. I would pass on this one.
