Carl's Food Center IGA

I was ready to make a purchase but when I reached the register, the item had nothing to indicate the price of the item and the cashier entered a code to no avail. I was sent to the customer service desk where I waited for over 10 minutes. Had the cashier call for customer service a second time only for someone to come from the back to say, "we know" and walk right back to the back. Not even so much as a "we'll be right with you" or nothing! Needless to say, I left the item on the customer service desk and walked out. They showed how much they care about their customers.
