This company is the WORST unprofessional & CON business in Miami...DO NOT fall into the trap of the owner Mr Issac.. he is old but VERY crafty!

I had the worst experience at this place and most especially with its owner Isaac Benmergui. He cheats people of their money and delivers low quality product. When I came in the first time he boasted of the durability of his cabinets and the high quality. Upon delivery though i received cabinets with screws piercing visibly through the wood and scratches and dents in several places. When I told him of this his response was so passive. I believe he said something along the lines of "what are you going to do? That's what you get when you pay at a lower price." Also, the time it took to get what I payed for was so exaggerated. When you go in he tells you your kitchen can be ready and installed in about 2 weeks at the latest but it took me around 2 months to get mine. I will never recommend that anyone goes here. I should have known though, because the other few times I went in he had other customers and even employees fighting with him. He can be very attentive and he tells you what you want to hear but as soon as you pay him it's a whole different story. He avoided my calls and had his secretary tell me every time that I called that he would call me back, but he never did. It wasn't until I showed up unexpectedly that I got any answers. I would never work with him again. I really regret going here in the first place.

warning consumers stay away from this merchant uses bait and switch low ball pricing. paid for a granite top with credit card. day of delivery Isaac owner call to say $300 more I said no and missed work and drove to his office for a credit on my card. he made me wait 2 hours. to see if I would give in and pay the additional money. next day he calls me to say he will honor the old price and he will deliver on next Monday again I stay home from work and no delivery when I call him he says to come in to pay with credit card or he wont deliver after he had said to pay installer cash and I would get a receipt. again I fall for this mans lies, he is so unprofessional and dishonest and no morals he jewish and so am I and I have never seen anything like this at my aget of 48.. went to home depot and got my order quickly and cheaper and delivered as promised . I should have known from the first day I walked into his store and there was a lady arguing with him about not receiving her caibnets. and installer also angry about not getting paid for work done. but Isaac excuse to me was that they were both wrong. and I fell for it.. LD MIAMI, BEACH.

Horribly unprofessional. Bad fabrication/installation & even worse customer service!
