        THIS INSTITUTION HAD A LOCATION IN THE VA HOSPITAL FOR THE LAST 6+ YEARS I'VE BEEN IN CHESTER COUNTY & IT HAS OR IS IN THE PROCESS OF CLOSING IN MY VIEW BECAUSE OF THE INCOMPETENT SERVICE TO THE VETS & EMPLOYEES. THAT'S MY OPINION FROM WHAT I HAVE SEEN & HEARD IN THE LAST 6 + YEARS IN THIS AREA.
