Erickson Custom Homes

We sold our Erickson Custom Home last year after building it several years ago. Currently we are working with a different builder after moving to another state. WOW what a difference! WE MISS THE FAMILY FRIENDLY TEAM we had with Erickson!!! The process was as different as night and day! We feel like a cashed check now, but with the Erickson team we felt like we were having a family member build our home. The resale of the our home was as easy as the building since the custom features and quality held up and showed as it was new. It was on the market for only a week and full asking price. These guys rock!

Erickson Custom Homes built our retirement home and we could not be more pleased.
In the past, we had always purchased a home that was already constructed. The thought of going through the custom home process was a little daunting to us to say the least. We had so many ideas, questions and absolutely no knowledge about how to go about putting all of this into our new home. We were very excited when we met with the Erickson team because we immediately felt comfortable with their knowledge and willingness to work with us and our ideas.
Our home is our dream home and we could not be more proud of the finished result and the quality of work that was put into all aspects of it. The ECH team helped us from start to finish from putting our ideas into architectural drawings to guiding us in where to pick the items to go in our home. They helped us work within our budget and gave us options when needed.
We plan on living in our very custom home for the rest of our days. We would highly recommend Erickson Custom Homes to anyone looking to build a custom home.

NO STARS NO STARS DO NOT USE THIS BUILDER. After 1yr chasing him down, never on the job site, VERY POOR quality of work, he took more money from us than we got house out of him, we FIRED him and hired another contractor to finish our house. Cost us about $50,000 of our money but we had to do it.

Worst experience ever in my life! Run run run as far away from this so called builder!!! He does not build quality homes and does not even do that in timeframe specified in contract!!!

Just a quick note to thank you Wayne for the effort of him and his employees during our recent major home addition and remodeling project. As I'm sure is the case with most major home changes, our project put some stress on our family, and we appreciate all that Erickson Custom Homes did to make it work out so well. In the end we have no regrets, and we are very pleased with the results. Erickson homes had fantastic ideas for our project, came in below budget and found savings toward us in every category from the electrical finish to the appliances. I interviewed at least 10 other contractors and Wayne was by far the most knowledgeable, hands on, and cost effective builder we met with. Thank you again for making our dreams come true!
