DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. AFTER MAKING REPAIRS TO OUR AC UNIT WE WERE DOUBLE CHARGED FOR A PART. AFTER SPEAKING WITH THE RECEPTIONIST AND THE TECHNICIAN THAT CHARGED USE, AND LOOKING AT THE INVOICE, THEY BOTH AGREED WE WERE OWED A REFUND OF OVER $100. THE RECEPTIONS SAID SHE WOULD TELL THE OWNER WE WERE OVERCHARGED AND HE WOULD ISSUE A CHECK. IT'S THE END OF SEPTEMBER AND NO REFUND. NOW THE RECEPTIONIST IS SAYING THERE IS NO OVERCHARGE. EVERY TIME WE TALK TO THIS LADY THERE IS A LIE INVOLVED. MY HUSBAND ASKED FOR AN INVOICE, SHE SAID SHE WOULD SEND IT. I CALLED AND ASKED FOR THE INVOICE, SHE SAID SHE DIDN'T KNOW SHE WAS SUPPOSE TO SEND ONE. HOW THE HELL WE SUPPOSE TO KNOW WHAT'S ON THE INVOICE IF YOU DON'T SEND THE FREAKING INVOICE!! AGAIN, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL BE OVERCHARGED!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Eric P. was my service specialist with Coomes Air Conditioning & Heating Service. Dispatch (Cindy) called to make sure it was okay if he was earlier than 9AM; I said great! Eric P. was very personable, likeable, expert at his craft, checked all systems with ease and I fell confident having this company and Eric P. only doing this work. I'm covered by AHS, but prefer this company to tune up my units. Thanks very much. I'm glad I found your company two years ago!

I highly recommend Coomes Air to anyone looking at a new A/C or heating system. They installed my new furnace and duct work and did a great job. They hauled off all the old material, installed the new products, covered the floors to protect from debris and cleaned up any trash that was on the floor. They balanced the air flow in my house and I was able to actually feel air coming out of vents. Eliu has been great and his crew of Raul, Juan, Miguel, Mario and Corbin did an awesome job installing everything and were very friendly and polite. Thank you again for doing such a great job and maximizing the air flow in my house so it is comfortable year around.

I had my entire 31 yr old heating and AC system replaced. The two men who came over were professional, focused and did incredible work together. I had Migel O. and Corbin replacing my system and they did a Wonderful job. Plus, my big dog loved them. I picked a cooler day ( 92 degrees) to have my system installed, the temp got up to 89 in the house. When they were finished it took my house 1 hour to cool down 11 degrees. My old system would have taken all night and maybe more some of the next day. I decided on the 16 seer 2 stage system and it is amazing how little the 2nd stage runs which is for major temperature changes. It kicks out the humidity and keeps the temp steady. I came across Coomes by word of mouth, they not only install and answer all of your questions, they set an appointment for a week or two later to have the entire installation inspected to make sure everything is perfect. As for my installers Miguel and Corbin, they did amazing work and I highly recommend them!

Eric did a superb job getting our air conditioner repaired. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional.

Coomes Air does the service work at my office and do such a great job I started using them at my home as well. Eliu F. and Mario S. came to do duct cleaning. After looking at the entire system Eliu suggested changing my duct system to create better air flow. By doing this I am getting more bang for my buck. My house will not only have new ducts but the air flow will be so much better in the rooms in my house that have always uncomfortable in extreme temperature months. They could have just cleaned the ducts and gone on with their day but they saw a problem and for the same amount of money I am so much happier with the results. I would recommend Coomes Air to anyone that wants to work with honest and friendly people. They are always on time and are very reasonable when it comes to price.
