DONT GO HERE ! ! I I had braids fall out the same day I got them done they refused to fix them or refund me my money back

Worst experience ever!!! I only went here because it was close to home. Big mistake! I went for micros and after about a week, they were out. First off, the owner Zahara ensured me that the hair they used was 100% human, which it was not. I like to change up my style that's why I went with straight hair. She kept trying to convince me to get the wet & wavy hair. I soon found out why. Then on top of that, I asked for the size that was 180, but after they braided about 2 rows, she tells me that because my hair was so short, they had to do them smaller. They knew that before they started braiding. That then made the cost 200. So once they got to the top, they said that they had to braid to the end of my real hair (which they said was too short). Every other time that I have gotten my hair braided,only a small amount was braided & I could flat iron it to blend it with my real hair. That wasn't possible because the hair was fake! The first time I tried to curl it, the ends shriveled up like a brillo pad, so I had to cut it. Oh, I forgot, because it had to be braided to the end, the cost was then 250. When I called the owner Zahara, or whatever her name is, to express my displeasure, she was extremely rude. This place is a TOTAL RIP-OFF! Never again

I've been going her for at least 8 years now...great place. I've had nothing but success with my micros every time. I've also recommended several people and they also loved it and have returned since then. They normally have at least 2 people on your head doing micros and they are so so very friendly. The best thing is that I have not had the horror stories that I've heard people talk about when they go visit other braiding salons. My hair is still healthy when they take my braids out..yes, they will take them out for you. All salons will not do this. To sum it up...great place to get your braids!!!! Thanks Zahara!!!!

I recently got treebraids done by Zahara, and it was not done properly. I've had treebraids for several years, and I wanted to try someone who was closer to my home. She did the treebraids in three sets of cornrows, but once the Texas humidity hit my hair.... It was then that I noticed that she left part of my hair out in the tree braids (I am totally natural), so it was visibly noticeable. Then within a week, one whole braid came undone a the top of my head. I strongly advise NOT to get treebraids done at this location. Zahara, is the ONLY one who knows how to do these at this location, and is not doing these braids correctly. I had her install them 05/19, and I took them out my 6/1. Why so long, I had to wait for my hair to come in so that I could get them redone. Lesson learned.#stickingtowhatiknow

I have been going to them for 6 years. Great service, they treat you just like family. I've NEVER had a bad experience with getting my hair done. They make your hair look great. I have never had to wait on service, they always get started right away and your in and out in no time. Whoever commented that they waited an hour for service was probably confused on the location or just late! For 6 years they have always kept every appointment time and worked hard to make sure that i was finished quick! They will forever be my braiders. Love them so much.
