Four Seasons Power Equip

Wanted to buy a new pressure washer gun, wand, hose, and some assorted fittings. Would not let me into the store (Covid, presumably) to browse for the parts that I needed. It would have taken 20 minutes to explain to the dummy at the outside counter what I needed, and 2 minutes for me to get the parts that I needed from their displays inside. They told me to "go to Home Depot, Buddy".
SO...A few days later I DID go to Home Depot..Better pricing, Better return/exchange policy, Better overall experience. So much for trying to help a small, local business, FEH!

My husband went in looking to buy a snow blower last storm. They were out of new snowblowers and our snowblower was in need of repair. Four Seasons suggested my husband purchase a used snowblower for $600.00 saying that it was far better than the one we would fix as a back up and just as good as a new one. WOW! Was this ever an opportunity for All Seasons to unload a hunk of junk on my 'in need of a snowblower NOW' husband. My trusting husband bought the snowblower for the $600.00. The snowblower is a hunk of junk, it does not throw the snow. Our twenty year old snowblower still is 100% better than the hunk of junk they sold him. Will they take it back...absolutely NOT! These people who are experienced in snowblowers had to know that they had a sucker in my husband. They had to know they sold him an incompetent blower. DO NOT TRUST THIS ESTABLISHMENT! They do repairs well but I suggest you don't buy anything from them, they will unload their junk on you. My neighbors all laughed at this pathetic snowblower and I assure you, Four Seasons lost lots of respect in my neighborhood. If I could give negative stars I would.

Great bunch of guys. repaired my lawn mower quick and never ran so good. Best looking showroom I saw.
