Absolutely AMAZING!!! The Director, Emmanuel Scott, was such an absolute pleasure to work with. He has such a tender approach with handling individuals suffering with the lost of their loved one. I’m so thankful that we chose to work with him. We’ve dealt with other funeral home directors who have not lived up to the task of dealing delicately with family members and Emmanuel will forever be the standard for our family. Every detail was taken care of with such professionalism and respect from the entire Nesbitt Funeral Home Team! Not helpful to next of kin. Mistakes and delays caused service to go on minus ashes. Mistake on death certificate causing 6-8 week delay. Staff was not helpful and indifferent to next of kin.
