terrible...
long waiting both in waiting room and the exam room....
gave me different contacts that i was reluctant to try so they could charge me an additional "fitting fee" which i was not told about until i called to get my prescription faxed to me. I went back to my old contacts because the new ones I was "fitted" for were extremely uncomfortable.
I'll drive the extra distance to go elsewhere.

Provided by Superpageslong waits, cold unfriendly attitude, chose wrong contacts for me and charged me a fee even though i went back to my old contacts, just not the 'family atmosphere' I would like in my doctors office.
