Upon walking into the front door, we were confused with the line of people waiting to order as if it were a fast food place. We were told to get in line and that would take 20 minutes to go through and then to find a place to sit down and eat it as if it were suddenly McDonald's or Taco Bell. Mind you, I chose to go to a sit-down restaurant because I don't like fast food. When we said that we wanted to wait for the full service, the reaction from the ladies in front was of disgust and as if we were making their day worse and asking them to go WAY out of their way to provide us with the services they are expected to provide. There were so many employees telling people what to do, where to go, and none of it made any sense; it led only to further chaos. After waiting in the front lobby for a half hour, we were taken back to the seating area.
We were instructed to follow the lady to our seat. She said people had just left, and they were cleaning it. We waited for the booth to be cleaned, standing in the aisle directly in front of other already occupied booths. While waiting we were told some other people just took the booth, and we would have to continue to wait. They told one person in our party to watch for someone who is leaving and to go and grab that booth. Upon his reaching that booth he was told that the booth was for the self-service people. Another employee told the rest of the group to stay right where we were standing until another booth became available. I have never heard of such a thing in a respectable and reputable restaurant that claims quality of service to be imperative in the dining experience. Our party, which included my obviously pregnant wife and five-year-old child, were subsequently informed we could sit at the bar and have a drink while we wait for a table to open. We thought it was strange that such a statement would be directed to a pregnant woman and a five-year-old. Not to mention the poor service, people who don't know how to cook food and a manager, Brad Miller, who does not seem to care about complaints received from customers.

Food was very good. We had steak and catfish. Did not like standing in line to order the dinner, somewhat like fast food?
