The girls there need to be more willing to help. I felt like I was an inconvenience to them when I went into the Everett mall way salon last month.This month is much better though as I see that there are different employees there

I enjoy the service I get when I got to this desert sun I almost every time get a hello how are you? & Have a nice day! when I walk out. It's Always tidy and Clean and last week I had forgot something inside the room and when I walked in they had it waiting for me witch I though was pretty cool I would Give it a 5 star rating but the last couple of times I came in I had to wait 5 min for my bed to be ready witch I can understand but I'm a in and out kinda person... Overall It's a great place but it's my little piece of heaven So go somewhere else please and thank you's!

It's Dirty...You don't know what you'll bring home! EEEWWW... It's very expensive with a highschool mentality. If you don't care about cleanliness, professional customer service or getting your money's worth then this is your place! There are many other tanning establishments that have been around alot longer that are soooooooo much better. Don't waste your money!

This Desert Sun is by far the cleanest and best equipped staff-wise. The girls are all so helpful and clearly know what they are doing. It is so nice to be greeted with a friendly smile and good attitude when I come to tan!! The place is dang near spotless and you can tell the employees are proud of it. Thank god for this DS. Have had horrible experience at Marysville Desert Sun with rude staff and ridiculous pricing. If you want a good tan with friendly employees tan at Everett DS! By the way I think her name is Hannah? Anna?? wonderufl worker and by far the friendliest and most knowledgable Cant say enough good things!

I have been to every Desert Sun from Skagit Valley to Seattle and the best by far is Broadway in Everett. They are always Extremely clean. Have a fabulous selection of tanning accessories and a well informed staff. The beds are top notch. And Cassidy especially goes above and beyond to make sure my needs are always met. Whether it's which package gets me the most for the least or what lotion will help me undo the damage and amplify my tan at the same time. I know I'll always get the right answers and the best product from that particular store. Sincerely, Bronze for Life

My first experience with a Desert Sun was in 2007 in Smokey Point and I swore I'd never return. It was AWFUL, dirty, rude service, just plain SNOTTY twits working!Then I moved to Everett and needed a place to tan, stopped in at this Desert Sun, THRILLED! The gal who works earlier in the day (I believe her name is Cassidy) is courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and always wears a smile with "happy to see you" greeting.

The employees were there for an after school get together & paycheck not for the customer. I felt they had no interest in the customer & were just going through the motions so they could go back to there get together with a group of there high school friends sitting in the entrance. The prices are extremely high but the beds are awesome. If I am going to be spending that much money on myself I want to be greeted warmly & a friendly goodbye would be nice to but instead I feel like I am in High School again trying to go through the crowded hall to get to my next class. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
