Bought a gift certificate for a pedicure to give to our friend bug when our friend came to seattle hill nails to use it, Doris said our friend had to pay $10 extra since the pedicure gift certificate was only worth $15. Our friend didn’t know so she paid $10 extra, after that our friend told me that Doris was very rude to our friend. I called Doris to ask why she charged $10 extra Doris was trying to avoid talking to me and said she was busy...shelll call me back but never did.
This is a pattern on cheating on customers and very rude to customers unless she knew you are generous on tipping otherwise she’ll be very rude to you.
Never come back to seattle hill nails again. If you have not been here DoNot come. This nails shop is charging more than any other nails shop and Doris is the rude owner.

I tried this place out just because it was close and available on short notice, but they did a really great job on my eyebrows! I will definitely be back!

BAD EXPERIENCE with this business! They would not honor my Daily Deal voucher for a massage. I scheduled an appointment and was unable to make it at the scheduled time due to unforeseen circumstances. I called immediately and left a message asking to reschedule later the same day or another day and no one called me back. When I finally reached them, they stated that they would not honor my voucher because I had a same day cancellation. My voucher did not state this as a restriction. Also, good luck getting in touch with someone at their office; I found that about half the time they do not answer their phone. Unbelievable!
