        Overall
        Horrible management

        Management never is around. The just got new owners & raised rates considerably higher than anywhere else since they don't come water and trash. If you don't pay rent by the 5th there is a $50 late charge but the manager isn't in to give receipt & doesn't cash lot rent checks until end of month.
