R & H Electrical

Avoid this business at all cost! After submitting a competitive bid for a service upgrade in June we agreed to have R&H Electrical do the work. At first his excuses for not doing the work was all pointed at KCP&L. After running out of excuses we have gotten nothing but the run-around from Randy (the owner). After weeks of leaving messages that went unreturned I called him today from a phone number he wasn't familiar with and he picked up right away. This time the excuses were, "There's a series of things going on with KCP&L and they have too many inspectors to coordinate with," and then "I'm just a single proprietor and cant coordinate something like this." Funny thing is KCP&L told us that the permit was issued with the city and the permit number was on file with KCMO and the order for a pig-tail was open as well and they were just waiting for contact from the electrician. Basically, Randy decided months ago he didn't want to do this job and instead of calling us to tell us this he just avoided us hoping we would go away. Avoid.At.All.Cost.

We highly recommend R& H electrical!! Randy Stone (owner) installed the 220 electrical connection for our new hot tub. He provided us with a written bid; was here when he said he would be, answered all of our questions; and completed the work in excellent fashion.
