American Diesel

I purchase a 13 speed transmission from this people. They sent me a 10 speed automatic transmission, complete diferente from what i have ordered! I had no use since the transmission was completely different and wouldn't fit on my truck! Lost days trying to find another one and the time waiting for there transmission was gone already! So delivery was refuse it right then, i never accept the transmission! Since then my battle began! Been trying to get my money back since july! Called inumeros times, then the girl that answers the phone sad that i have to deal with Nick! Been talking to Nick, supposedly the guy in charge, but nothing! So after 2 months i gave them a bad review on google, and then, on the next day, this Nick guy had that audacity of calling me and ask please remove the bad review that i will reimbursed your money! I remove it, all i want is my money back, and as i suspect, was another lie! We are now in November and he still has never returned my money!

I have only one thing to say about this American Diesel shop ! Stay away! They will rob you! They are unprofessionals, don't know what they are doing,and will make you loose time and money! Take your business some place else!
