I stop at Shell even though I live closer to the other stores on the other side of 81 because of the quick in and out experience I have had in the past. Well this morning I was running late, so I go to Shell to get my tobacco. I get in and out but this time with the wrong tobacco, so I turn around and go right back to the store to get the right tobacco, but instead I get attitude and then she tells me she wont replace it because it against the law. 5 mins have not passed from my previous visit and she saw that I was in a hurry but she continued to tell me that I asked for what I got and if anything I made the mistake in ordering. Well Im sure I know how to order something I order almost everyday for 15 years, even though I have switch brands I never used the brand or flavor of the tobacco she gave me. I run a Buy Sell and Trade right down the road from this business and I would never go to or recommend this place to anyone. Exxon BP and Pure are my other options and I will be using them from now on.

I go to shell a lot and if Leann is working I just go across the street to get my tobacco. Not worth the attitude to go to Shell.
