        Over the years, my husband and I had several accounts with this bank. On three occasions, they have made serious mistakes that have resulted in business complications. These were mistakes that were the result of sloppy business policies. And, in two cases, while the error was clearly theirs, they were slow and unhelpful in rectifying the problem. The banking business is competitive. Customer service and accuracy is critical. On several occasions, this bank has not delivered on either of those qualities. We would not recommend this bank.
