Owner was not on-site as he said he would be. They were very slow. I helped because they were so slow at times. After they left, I noticed they didn't assemble the bed like they said they would. They forgot the hose for the dryer and the two decorative heads on the walls.

Worst of all, they stacked very heavy boxes of books on top of my records and damaged most of them.

Worst movers I have ever used. They broke one of my tv's and refuse to take responsibility for it. They also broke a lamp and said that they would come by and fix it. That was a month ago, today when I tried to follow up the owner asked me to stop contacting him. They also insisted in being paid in cash and refused to provide a receipt for the move. I strongly urge you go with a more reputable company.
