        Overall

        very bad.my agent was not representing me with on going problem with Harleysville insurance. His lack of concern for me as a customer has made me write a review that is poor.Five weeks has gone by w/o payment on a claim. He will not return my phone calls.I wrote to harleysville corporate last week with no reply.
