Bought a nearly $3000 dollar refrigerator that just after delivery and installation the bottom of the left door fell open and a circuit card fell out still attached to live wire. When I looked in the user manual so I could describe my problem I realized hey had the wrong user manual in the box. So I tried calling the Fenton Mo store and no one answered so the south county store kept reroute get my calls and still no one picked up the phone. This is the good part: the south county store operator called the Fenton security guard number and I finally got to talk to a manager who promised to call the next day and arrange an exchange. No call the next day and no return call to my three voicemails. Finally this morning my wife went to the store in person and expressed her low opinion of the management and the employees. Well someone in charge (if that is a real position) decided to set up delivery for a new refrigerator next week so we have to put up with this one till then. Oh and about 30 minutes ago the large freezer handle fell off so I called and no answer.

It was terrible, we were lied to about the delivery of our washer and dryer. A lot of broken promises, when they finally did bring the unit out, they left the old one for me to deal with, even though it was supposed to be included. It made my life very difficult, i had to take off work and so did my wife to try an accommodate Best Buy....I would recommend shopping somewhere with competent employees.

Preordered Gears of War 3 limi...

Preordered Gears of War 3 limited. Returned when it came out went to game section and could not find help for few min. Then was told I had 2 go to customer service/return line to pick up reserve. Stood in line about 15 min, a few returnes with out receipt a business purchase without tax add need store manager. Got to front of line. First off they refund my deposit. then apply that to new purchase. I was picking up for friends mom so i did not have reward card. OOPS big mistake!!!! Was not told I had to have this till i figured it out hours later. They email to rewards card holder special code for game. On hold with Best buy 2 times for 30 min and I gave up. By the way limited gears 3 was $10 less at Walmart. I hate stores like this for a good reason.... Whats even better is they wanted me to trade in some games for even lower than gamestop would give. how much longer can big chain stores last if every customer hates them

I wanted to check & see if this store a a certain model number of an item I wanted to purchase in stock before I drove over to buy it. Called 5 times. No one in the entire store ever answered the phone. I think it rings 30 times before you are transfered back to the menu. Finally, someone answered the phone. I was put on hold - FOREVER!I had no sucess in ever contacting anyone!!!! And - I was a motivated buyer. So much for customer satisfaction. Transferred my business to the store in South County. They answered the phone.

I have always had great experiences with Best Buy. When I found out they were coming to Fenton, I was extremely happy. I continue to shop for my electronics only at Best Buy.
