Barren Ridge Physical Therapy

I was referred to Barren Ridge PT by my family doctor. My PT Dylan prescribed a number of exercises to address muscle stiffness, headaches and improved alignment. Brittany also worked with me and Brian performed a dry needling procedure to muscle which amazingly loosened the muscle resulting in less stiffness and headaches I also was prescribed exercises to continue in my home. My alignment is significantly improved and I have a better awareness of how important maintaining the daily exercise routine is. The staff are very friendly and personable and their encouragement with their patients shows genuine care for those they treat. An hour of therapy goes quickly in their PT setting. I highly recommend Dylan and all of the PT staff at Barren Ridge for any of your PT needs. Emily Huffman
