Always the best care and consideration for myself and my animals. Very courteous and helpful staff.
This vet has gone downhill fast over the last year. I called in for meds as they direct you to do, at least 24 hours in advance. When I came in to pick it up, they said I would have to bring the dog in. At no point did ANYONE call to inform me there was an issue with filling my request for routine, monthly meds. Then my poor pup was taken in for a spay. They butchered her stitch job. She was visibly uncomfortable and we left a message inquiring about pain meds. We were not given any to administer. No call back. We tried getting her in for someone to take a look at the botched up stitches but they were "too busy" to even look at it and let us know if anything needed to be done. Needless to say both dogs are now under the care of another vet.
We have had West Flint Animal Hospital for over 25 years as our Vet and they have provided our pets with the BEST care always!!!
Have uses this practice for almost 30 years for my pets. Great service, expertise, caring and affordable prices.
This is one great Vet, very personable and not like that Vet on Miller road in Swartz Creek.
This vet take great care of all of the animals.

I have been to a lot of different Veterinarians in my time and they are the best, I have recommended them to friends and family, and they are all glad I did. Some one you can trust. Provided by SuperpagesDr. Tom Baes must talk to the animals for how well he is able to treat your babies. He also has exceptional parent communication skills. You just know that there is no better vet anywhere than Dr. Baes. I drive 80 miles each way just to take my pets to him.
