I purchased a refrigerator from this appliance store on December 19 it was delivered on December 20 which my original delivery date was December 24 Christmas Eve. They got it to me sooner than I expected and I was having family from out of state at my home for the holidays. They were very professional and my fridge is working excellent. Great Job Whitt’s Appliance.

ZERO STARS! Did not fix my appliance. Fixed it myself. Rude. Unreliable. They don't care. They smoke in their store. Don't buy from here. Keeven is a million times better. Lesson learned.

This is absolutely not a good business. They have a F rating from the better business Bureau for a very good reason. My wife and I where searching for a refrigerator that better suited our household needs. We found exactly what we where looking for, once we got it home - plumbed and powered to it the refrigerator did not work, ultimately the high voltage control board was shot. Three weeks later they have failed to honer the warranty and keep telling us that they have the part on order. That has been a flat out lie, both local and regional appliance repair parts depots have the defective part in stock. It takes about 15 minutes to install.

Unprofessional! Purchased a fridge. Wasnt working properly once delivered. Said repair man would be out in 3 days. Never showed. Called next morning and was told they dont know why he didnt show up and he is a subcontractor. Didnt seem to care either. I asked why have a subcontractor who is not representing your business properly and they were very rude. Will NEVER purchase from them again.
