Handed this envelope to a supervisor/manager on site and driver scanned it.Following day, website says envelope not scanned. Driver didn't give receipt but since manager handled it, felt comfortable trusting that it was ok. Now we see online, people discussing class action law suit due to high suspicion things being stolen, things never delivered once they enter this black hole.No one answers phone. Main corporate UPS calls, they pick up and immediately hang up if anyone answers at all. Read Google reviews - hundreds of people have had same kind of experience. Corporate UPS needs to PAY ATTENTION to the reviews all over the website about this facility and DO SOMETHING!!

Shame on ups. I have a package somewhere out for delivery since 12/14. I went to Forest Park to pick up my package and was told it was still on the trailer. Now mind you the package prior to 12/24 has been out for delivery four times 12/14 12/15, 12/16, 12/18.
On 12/24 while waiting for them to search for my item 25 or more people came in and was told the same thing "we are sorry but we can't find it, it will be delivered on the 26th."
Finally a lady came from the back and told them to stop telling people their package will be delivered on the 26th, she said tell them the truth we don't know when they will get their package. Once again shame on UPS for their NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. And needless to say cooperate got a ear full

I shipped a package from Wilmington, NC to my parents in Conyers, GA on 12/11/17. It still has not arrived. It is now 12/20/17 with less than a week before Christmas. I am heart-broken!!! This package has handmade Christmas presents in it so it can not be replicated or reordered! I will never use UPS again ever!

This Customer Service Center Representatives and the Drivers at this location are sorry, lazy, shiftless, indolent people. I received a notification early morning on December 19, 2017 stating that my package was out for delivery between 3:30 p.m. and 7: 30 p:m. at my mothers address I went into stress mode because every time UPS delivers a package at my mothers house this delivery driver acts as if he's illiterate as if he can't read numbers on mail boxes. On several occasions he was within seconds of delivering my package to my mothers neighbor until I stopped him. Today I set at my mom's house for 3 hours waiting for the UPS driver to deliver my package and at 6:24 p.m. my mom and I saw the UPS driver do a Uturn two houses down and at 6:25 p.m. I receive a notification that my package is rescheduled for December 20, 2017. I go to the UPS center in Forest Park the line is from the customer service counter leading out the door, behind the counter there is two agents at the computer and several employees behind the counter doing busy work which means busy doing nothing and one just behind the counter with her hands in her pocket. I stood in line for approximately 30 minutes at 7:45 p.m. the employee with her hands in her pocket instead of her assisting her co-workers makes a decision with herself that she wants to take her hands out her pocket and now regulate the line. I was in line behind the next person to be served and she decides that she wants to start a whole new line with about 10 people in line leading out the door. The gentleman in front of me said he wasn't going to the back and I told her that I wasn't going to to the back either; she continues to stand there looking at me, I can only assume that I embarrassed her because I stated that instead of her regulating lines she needs to help her co-workers. When I finally get to the counter after about 45 minutes of total chaos she attempts to tell the representative that's helping me that I wasn't next in line and the lady who she said was next said that she was behind me. This lazy employee continues to say that i'm not talking to you but I'm talking to my co-worker. I then replied, as I stated before instead of you trying to regulate a line do some work, where was you 45 minutes ago regulating the line, how about you stop talking to your co-worker about me and help everybody out by doing some work. This location continues to make excuses as to its the holidays last checked Christmas didn't just start last year, UPS has been in existence for 110 years and they haven't figured out how to deliver packages. To make a long story short this UPS location SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Below is my tracking info. I was suppose to get my package Thursday. System said it was on truck for delivery on Wednesday. No show on Wednesday. Then a no show on Thursday either. The state the reason was weather or natural disaster. So I call the 800 number got the India people who read a script and do understand it is no bad weather currently in Georgia. So I call the office in Forrest Park, GA on Monday morning. Spoke a Tiffany she state that my package is now on a truck to be delivered. I ask her to please verify. She state she would and to check back in 20 mins. So I gave her 3 hours. Now they are saying it is not on a truck. So I ask can you find my package I will pick it up. Still being very nice. She still would not admit they lost my package from Amazon. I advise can you please look and call me back. Before she go off the phone she ask me not to come up there and raise hell. I ask her have I said anything out place since we been talking. She said no. I said if yall communicate people and tell people the truth people would not raise hell. She agreed. It has now been over 2 hours and have not heard from her. Now I am going to raise hell. It is so easy to apologize and say we can not find your package. But they will not communicate or be honest. It is no bad weather in GA or any natural diaster. That is how UPS push you to the side. AMAZON should stop using them. Amazon has great customer service. But with this UPS center and their lies. They will lose a lot of money. Because they simply do not care. Below is my tracking. Show it should have been delivered Wednesday. It is Monday of the next week and nothing. They do not care. Amazon. Please watch out. They are going to drop you rating..

I have been waiting on my package since December 8th. Each time I check, it states it's out for delivery. Each evening it states, rescheduled. I have spoken to customer service, supervisors and all I get is, it's on the truck, you will definitely get it today. Well, it's December 18th and I still have not received my packages. Now I have 3 packages that are being held up. These are Christmas presents for my grand children and I really don't want to disappoint them. But no matter how many times I call, I get, its on the truck which is not doing me any good if it isn't getting delivered. So therefore, I have to stay at home waiting for these packages because unfortunately I live in an area where people like to take packages from your door. I wouldn't even give it one star, but I couldn't make a comment without a rating. This is ridiculous.

I been trying to get my package every sent my Ins. Mailed it out over night, on NOVEMBER 30, AND STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT. NOW UNDERSTAND IT IS MY MEDICINE AND WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN SHIPPED OUT MONDAY, THEY CHANCE TOO TUESDAY AND TIL WEDNESDAY THURSDAY, FRIDAY AND STILL DONOT HAVE IT. AND I TOLD THEM IT WAS MY MEDICINE. BUT WHAT GOOD DID IT DO. I STILL DON'T HAVE IT. NOW THEY CLOSED I CAN'T GO AND PICK IT UP. VERY POOR SERVICE. MY NAME IS ELOISE GRESHAM AND I WOULD LIKE TO PICK UP MY MEDICINE AS SOON AS Y'ALL OPEN. BECAUSE NOW ITS GOING TO BE ANOTHER DELAY BECAUSE OF THE WEATHER. Outstanding Customer Service!! I get alot of packages and have never had a problem that was not resolved with just this one phone call to this number. Very polite, understanding, etc. Apologizes even when it is not there fault. There is one lady there, I will just call her Miss T, she is one of the most nicest person's I have ever come across, she is just like my UPS driver Super Sweet and friendly as can be. I guess what I am trying to say is these people are Great.

Guess I'll be the 8th review stating that this center lost my package. It was a $100 dollar valued item that I bought from Ebay but should have been in quite the sizable box because it was a TV. I was pretty content with the speed at which it was traveling, because it would have arrived faster than projected yet it somehow ends up getting lost at this Distribution Center. Now I'm having to play the extended waiting game for this to be corrected.

My packages were sent to this location on 4/28 it hasn't moved from there its 5/3 my delivery date and they have it as delay. "Severe weather conditions have delayed delivery. / Delivery will be rescheduled." I checked the weather and it was sunny all week. Hopefully they didn't lose my packages. I would give this place 0 stars. Ups fix this location.

I order some tablecloths & chair covers from tablecloth factory. UPS delivered the chair covers but when time to deliver the tablecloths they did not deliver them . UPS did not even put a note on my door. I went into my tracking & see a note that they delivered my package and I refused the package. I was not even home so how could I refused the package. I called up UPS and complained for I had an event to host the next day. I offered to pick up the package and they said that the office is closed on Saturday so I won’t be able to pick up the package. When I look into my tracking again it said the package was damage so UPS returned it to the sender. I had to rent 25 tablecloth which put me out $125 in addition to the almost $400 for the tablecloth and the chair covers. Of course UPS nor tablecloth factory will not credit for the $125 of the rental which was a lost and an inconvenienced on their part.

I wish I could give this place less than one star. Driver claimed to make a delivery attempt and no one was home, the stupid b*tch wasn't even at the right address! My deliveries included a 100 dollar honey baked ham that was returned to the warehouse and sat, unrefrigerated for 2 days! Says it's out for delivery today but we will see. With todays technology, there is NO EXCUSE for nondeliveries. These folks are RUDE, STUPID AND INCOMPETENT!

The staff here....they are so rude and nasty. They are the reason why I HATE UPS. It was claimed that a package I was waiting on had two delivery attempts, when there were NO delivery attempt tags left on my door. When I called them to try and ask if the package could be left at the center and I could pick it up. I just wish the employees there could be taught some effective customer service skills. For this very reason, I will try and stick with FedEx. FedEx will work with you, and their customer service reps are very helpful and courteous.

I have a package delivering to my address. I called the 1-800 customer service request someone from the Forest Park, GA to call me in regards to my package. The lady from the Forest Park location called me and hung up. Leaving an non-working number 404-608-2000. I waited to see if she's going to call back. But after 20 minutes, no calls. So, I called the 1-800 to request the Forest Park location number. I called the Forest Park, GA location number and the lady who called me picked up. She said she called me and no one picked up. She was lying!!! I told her did she left a voice mail because I only heard one rang! She knows she's lying because she's trying to get me off the phone as quick as she can. She didn't help me or give me options in which I can do. She quickly got off the phone with me. BAD SERVICES! I'll try to send it to my relative address in Henry county next time. ARggg.. frustrating!

Lost my package and then falsified the delivery. Claimed they gave it to a female at the door...no one was at home! Either the package was stolen or left at the wrong house which they refuse to accept.
