This car dealership is the best around, hands down. I never expected to be treated so fairly when I got in the market for a new car. Randall Ford made it painless to get the truck i wanted and I left there feeling like I'd just won the lottery. I plan to take all of my service and maintenance business there as well. Their facilities are stunning, modern, comfortable, and the complimentary coffee and cappuccino is a nice touch.

This was honestly the worst purchasing experience I have ever had. My husband and I bought a 2016 Chevy Trax from them that was posted online, and from the very start we were met with an overall demeanor that we were not important as customers AT ALL.

The only reason I was so dead set on buying the car was because it was EXACTLY the car I wanted down to a T and I couldn't find anywhere closer than OKC that had anything similar. If that hadn't have been the case, I would have walked away.

I was allowed to test drive the vehicle without anyone seeing my driver's license or even asking my name. Which seemed super unprofessional to me. I also ended up on the bill of sale without ever producing ID.

The salesman (Chico) would leave us for up to an hour, sitting in the main lobby and waiting for him to produce paperwork or just come out and talk to us. We had been upfront from the get go that we wanted this car, but that didn't stop him from treating us like trash.

We wanted to include our taxes in the loan amount, and one of the employees was very rude about the way our bank wanted them to go about it. We heard him talking about our bank and us in a rude manner with his office door open while we sat 20 feet away (still in the lobby, we never entered an office once during this whole 3 day process).

Chico miscalculated our tax amount and we ended up having to pay 250+ out of pocket at the DMV. The very sweet lady (one of the only good parts of this process) at the office told us this was not the first time Randall Ford had done this to someone, and she wouldn't be surprised if it was the last.

We asked them to change the oil in the car since it had been sitting on the lot for 3+ months, and less than 2 months after purchasing, the car started popping up an alert that the car needed an oil change. We took it to a Chevy dealership, and they told us the oil hadn't been changed by them.

Awful customer service. Don't go here. Drive somewhere else if you want a Ford.

We purchased a 2011 ford flex from here 10 months ago. We have done so much business with them, and figured we would go back again. MISTAKE! They were ready to make CRAZY deals. But they make that crazy deal by offering me 4500 less then every other lot in a 30 miles radius had offered me. What finance guy Chad said was "a crazy number". He talked to us for less then 2 minutes before getting up to walk away. Randall needs to consider finding friendlier finance guys. This is time TWO we have been disrespected by them. After telling him his trade number was insulting, he basically shrugged off that he insulted us. His last statement was "we are done here". Our salesman didn't say another word to use either. All this was over a new 2015 flex, that was priced MORE then a 2016 at other lots. I'll steer clear and make sure EVERYBODY else I know does as well too.

If they tell you one hour expect 3. Haven't had a good experience here yet. I could go on and on about all the crap I have dealt with here, but its my fault for giving them a third and fourth chance. I just had such a good buying experience here thought the service would be the same.

I had a wonderful experience with Randall's sales team. Brent Domerese, and Dakota Moudy went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I was able to test drive the vehicle I wanted. I, like most people are on a budget so I had to have a certain payment. That's where Brent worked really hard with the Finance dept. to get what I needed. I highly recommend asking for Brent or Dakota for your next vehicle buy.

This place is awesome! I never thought I can purchase a new vehicle but they made it happen not once but twice! I also purchased my daughter who is a college student at UCA a used Ford Focus. They advise me on how to improve my credit and it worked just like they said it would. I have work at several dealerships in the past but this is the only place I have ever or will ever spend my money when it comes to buying or servicing my vehicles. I trust these guys like I do my own family and that's how we will treat you like family. If you have had a bad experience in the past please give us one more try I promise we will not disappoint you!

I had been in the market to replace my 2005 corvette, so I decided to give the 2015 Mustang GT a shot before I decided to purchase another Corvette.

I went to Randall Ford on June 25th,. their sales department was most unhelpful. I walked around for 30 minutes looking over the Mustangs they had, then went to the counter to get a sales person to discuss the vehicle. After briefly talking to the sales rep and taking him to the GT I was interested in, he was 100% unwilling to allow a test drive of the vehicle but was more than willing to find the FOB and let me sit in the vehicle. I explained to him I would not purchase a vehicle I couldn't drive and test the power and handling. He expressed no concern so I told him to tell his manager he just lost a sale and left.

I went and purchased a 2014 3LT Z51 corvette in Little Rock, at Bales Chevrolet on June 27th, thanks Randall Ford for helping me make my final decision to stay with a Corvette.

If asked for a recommendation on where to shop for a car and where to have it serviced, I would without hesitation recommend Randall Ford of Fort Smith Arkansas. There was the typical apprehension about a purchase of this size,but, it took less than 30 minutes to find the vehicle I wanted and agree on a price.



Furthermore, the process in their Business office was relaxed

with no hassles. I felt good about my decision and will definitely

give them a 10 when I get a survey on my purchase experience.
