Drs. Atwell and Puckett are, by far, the best vets from Panama City, FL to Ft. Walton Beach, FL. I know, because I used MANY of them. Dr. Atwell has treated 5 of my dogs and even, literally, saved the lives of 2 of them. (All different breeds). Dr. Atwell truly helped in prolonging, and maintaining a wonderful life for my Beagle, until in 2011, Bailey finally passed.My dachshund suddenly got very lethargic on a Friday and was taken to Dr. Atwell on Monday. She had emergency surgery, in intensive care for 8 days.The doctors were there 24/7 taking care of her. I know this, because I visited her daily. It was decided I should take her home,to relieve stress, and to have as much time with her as I could, as she could have died at any time. Needless to say she is well and simply a miracle! Trust me when I say, these doctors AND THEIR STAFF are caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I ask you, what vet has ever given YOU their cell # to call for an emergency? I rest my case!
