HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Badly managed.

Unprofessional, shady, and use baiting tactics to get you in the door. I bought a Groupon for a 3 day stay for my pup while I was camping. I called ahead and asked if it would work for a Thursday late morning-Sunday early afternoon stay, and they said yes, so I booked. When we showed up, however, they informed me that I would be getting charged $47.15 in ADDITION to the amount I had already paid for the Groupon. My parents had also booked with a Groupon, and had called ahead and asked if they could have two dogs in the same suite with the Groupon, and when they arrived, they found out they were not only going to be charged a fee in addition to the Groupon, they were also greeted with a huge charge for their second dog, despite being told the Groupon would cover two dogs when they called. The lady at the front desk was not the nicest, she argued, she pressured, and she talked over us trying to talk to each other and to ask her.

My dog basically pulls me in the door! He can't wait to go play with his friends! I love the webcams that allow me to watch what he's up to during the day too! I enjoy doing the events where I get pictures of my pet too, they always turn out sooo cute! I know he can be a bit orney sometimes, so I know they must be very patient to be able to get him to sit still, put on clothes, & get a picture! I disagree with the comment on here about "restaffing" I have been going since 2008 and the same staff is there. Also, pretty much any business I call I get a recording having me direct my call to a certain department. All you have to do is a push an extension to get to a person.

I do not agree with the reviews from 2010. I've boarded and groomed my larger dog at PP, and have never had a bad experience. The women handle my paperwork fast, all animals are required to be vaccinated, and the facilities do not smell like poo/pee. You can tell they put their profits back into the business. The grounds are nice with plenty of trees along the side yard to sniff in the woods, there are indoor and outdoor play yards and kennels, inside is clean and clutter free. The last time I was in, a gentleman came in with a huge black and white great dane puppy that he had to board quickly due to a family medical emergency out of town. I have had similar experiences in my family, and PP has always helped me at the last minute.

My dog Aspen loves going to Pampered Pets. He lets me know 2 or 3 blocks before we get there. The people are great and the facility is outstanding. Have been going there for several years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else, Three thumbs up !!

Terrible customer service since 'restaffing', rude and unprofessional. The rates have doubled in the past year. With all that extra income, you would think they could afford to hire someone to answer the phone! This is one long time customer who will no longer be going back.

Pampered Pets is awesome. The lobby is clean and the staff is friendly. My two dogs race me inside--they love the place. Since pampered pets has come to town, I never have to worry about my four legged kids again when I am out of town.

Great facility! Very clean and the dogs LOVE it! Great groomer and all around dog care. I have used their services numerous times, all with great results. Truly worry-free boarding.

Super clean, friendly, establishment. Groomers are excellent. Animals love going there.
