Franklin Muffler & Brakes

Recently I was traveling with my four children from Florida to Chicago and my car broke down on I-65 right off the Franklin exit. Franklin Muffler was recommended by the local police officer. I cannot thank him and Franklin Muffler enough! Such nice, honest, caring people. Could not have asked for quicker service! You guys are the BEST!!!!!!!

I went in to get my truck looked at angry tried telling me everything was wrong with it andi had two other places, one beings dealership, look at it first and it only needed a seal. Franklin muffler wanted to continue to argue saying brake system was bad and it all needed replaced and the other placed were wrong, overall rude service andi have heard the same from a lot of people. Oh there prices are horrible also

I have only been in the area 2 1/2 years however anytime Jim or his business comes up in conversation, the locals have nothing but great things to say about both. Everytime I'm there they are always busy which I can only assume is because of good service. All of the employees are moving quickly in order to eliminate long waits. This is a great local business!
