Mr. Fredrick Niemann of Hanlon, Niemann & Wright assisted us in a guardianship matter. As this case became unexpectedly convoluted, entirely complicated and thereby, treacherous to navigate, Mr. Niemann gently guided me towards an optimal path to obtain my desirable result. He helped avert plenty of psychological distress while minimized the legal costs I would have to incur had I been led to pursue a wrong course of action. Mr. Niemann is insightful, informative and affable.         Fred Niemann made up charges for services never renerred and billed us $900. When we would not pay he put a judgement on us and destroyed our credit. I met him once for a free consultation. I asked him to do some work on our behalf, He never did and that left us in a very bad situation, When he tried to charge us $130 I told him that he had a lot of nerve billing us when he totally dropped the ball. Shortly thereafter he sent us a new bill for $930. He made up a series of false charges for things he NEVER did for us. He even billed my husband seperately and he neve met with nor spoke to my husband. In order to remove that judgement we had to pay him $1,300. This is nothing short of extortion, He was dishonest and unethical and do not use this firm unless you want to get ripped off too.
