2000 Hand Car Wash

First off ivr been coming here out of convenience since its close to my house but never again. I came here to get a oil change and car wash with my own oil sine they dont have it, they. Spent an hour trying to get my oil plug out taking apart all my under panels because he dsnt know where the plug was. After a hour of waiting they couldnt take out the oil plug and i also notice they stole a couple things out my car. These fuking straight out of africa dudes have no common sense or any ability yo change oil or wash your car properly. They dont even understand " why are you taking that out" since i said that about 5 times. Never go here please they will steal and freak your car up, really really bad!!!!
