Auto Wash Island

Once again, DISAPPOINTED. This time I purchased a large package because the last few times have been pretty poor. $55 later.... drip on door not cleaned, smears on shifter, leaf on console, side of dash not touched, just poor. I feel bad for the guys in heat, but for $65 with tip....this is ridiculous. For a quick $10 wipe and run through, okay, but don't expect more.

Great wash. Reasonable price. Pleasant people. I got the exterior only wash. On par with my favorite wash in Dallas.

My car still had sticky stuff in the consoles. They did not wipe down the leather seats. Horrible vacuuming job. Definitely would not recommend this service.

I am an older person who cannot physically detail my car myself anymore. I have taken my car to Island carwash 3 times and purchased extra services. All three times I had a problem with the results. I spoke with the owner each time to rectify the problems and he accused me of being difficult. He was very rude! They actually tore my antenna out and he pointed at the sign which said they were not responsible for damage to antennas. Worst service on the Island!

What a shame this is what is available to Galveston in the way of a "full service" car wash. I am not prone to reviews, but after opting for their #2 wash package ($24.99), I received my vehicle very nearly the way it arrived. The front floorboards were the only area vacuumed. The interior windows went undone. The antenna was still in the car. Things like the coin tray and console went untouched. The door jambs had not been done. Side rear view mirrors were pushed out and had not been wiped. No interior surface had been wiped. These are all things I discovered after receiving the car and heading out. I had tipped the attendant $8 because I had to ask him twice to wipe the wheels and he HAD been polite and courteous. If I managed or owned an operation like this I would be ashamed at the level of customer service that simply did not exist.

The Automatic Car Wash Machine not just scratched the print, it was destroy print of our brand new Honda Pilot in Island Car Wash on last Friday. Of course the owner denied. I am writing the accident, I just want to Island people may learn from us painful lesson. Just three minutes car wash cost our over thousand dollar to fix the car print. When you drive your car to the Island Car Wash, think about us distressing and pain experiece!

Owner was rude. Car was NOT cleaned well. They treated my husband, who just returned from Afghanistan, like dirt. They have no integrity and no respect.

My car didn't get that clean and the big fat guy that was inside, I think he might owns it, is the rudest creep I've ever met. He wasn't nice even before I got the car wash. I shouldn't of even got one after he was rude in the first place.
