Worst customer service ever, they were rude, short and absolute no help with the questions I had. We purchased our trailer and it was for one price online and they marked it up 2 grand. They told me $650 for straps and charged $780, When I asked about the cheater bar for the straps they installed he said it was separate. Why you wouldn't include the tool you have to have to use the straps, is ridiculous. All around awful experience

I had a great buying experience here... everyone I encountered here went out of their way to be pleasant and friendly to me.

My daughter purchased a trailer at the Georgetown location. They treated her very rudely and did not want to honor an advertised price. Finally, they reluctantly honored the advertised price and she paid cash for the trailer. Upon reviewing the paperwork out of state, we found that they had not completed the paperwork properly. My daughter said that this was because it was late and they were in a hurry to leave. We sent the paperwork back to them with a letter stating that it was critical to have the paperwork back in Colorado by a specific date, which did not happen. When I called, I was treated poorly on the phone, first being told to hold on before I even finished explaining what I was calling about, then very shortly by the girl that finally answered my question.I was told that they had mailed the paperwork back via regular mail rather than spend a couple of dollard more to get everything back by the requested date. Admittedly, we should have started working on this earlier, but it was still doable in the time frame requested if they had taken the time to sent everything priority mail, or better yet, taken the time to do it right in the first place. A little courtesy goes a long way in treating customers
