I bought two 2016 CX5 GT within 2 weeks from this dealer. The first one went fine, But, on the second deal, they cheated me over $300. I am talking about $300 dollars over a $32,000 dollar car! I called and gave them another chance to correct their mistake, but the sales manager, Mr. Brian G., didn't seem to care. He blamed that I should read all the papers before I signed. I know it was my mistake that I didn't read in details down to dollars and cents on the number because I trusted them from the first experience with them. I don't know how they can do business this way. Already be happy after making one or two sales? Every business needs repeated customers and business from their friends and family. This will be the last Mazda they sell to me, my family, and my friends.

I highly NOT recommend doing business with this dealer.

We had a wonderful experience buying a used car here. Straight talk, courteous, no nonsense, a real pleasure, I'd like to thank the whole staff there, highly recommended.

Bought a used car and 6000 miles later im now having to make a $1200.00 repair. When I talked to the director of sales there T.H. He said"us helping you now would be above and beyond." Wow!! Way to go mazda of georgetown. Should have bought a car from 7th st. east side dealership at least I would have known what to expect. Goes to show a used car sales man is a used car sales man no matter what side of town he works on. Should have bought the volks wagon next door.
