Gloucester Self Storage

I just moved to Gloucester and I'm very impressed with my climate control storage unit I rented from Gloucester Self Storage. I do not have to worry about my belongings. Very impressed with my entire experience and the staff is fantastic.

I only rated this place a 1 because I could go any lower!

Facility is new and office manager friendly and helpful; however, I had to repeatedly ask for a repair for over a month and finally had to demand satisfaction, which was not well received by the owner. I handled the issue within my rights as a consumer and had been very patient until my unit was left unlocked for over a week by the staff, having been promised for weeks that the locking mechanism would be fixed. It is fixed now!.
