No 1 Nails

I love this place, they do a great job every time. I come here weekly to get a manicure and every other week I also get a pedicure. My nails grow because of how well they do my manicures. And yes the nail polish chips off during the week if I do dishes with out gloves or wash the car etc. Which i'm fine with cause you'll catch me there on Friday having them done again at a very reasonable price.

I would like to give this place ZERO STARS for customer service! I have had my nails done here approximately 6 times. This last time Oct. 8, 2016 I chose a new gel color.. 2 days later it was peeling off and chipping. I come in thinking they would redo the polish that I paid $55 for hands and toes with a tip. Never had this happen in all my years of mani/pedi anywhere. They accuse me of peeling the polish off myself. I am ticked. They will not change the polish color when it has to be the color/type itself. After spending an hour and a half here in the first place, the last thing I wanted to do is go back again, and all they will do is redo the chipped/peeling with exact same polish. And they talk about me in Chinese and laugh in my face. DO NOT WASTE ALL OF YOUR TIME AND HARD EARNED MONEY COMING HERE!!!! THEY DO NOT APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS OR CARE IF YOU ARE SATISFIED AT ALL.

They do a great job, easy to get in with an appt. Love their designs also! They have GEL polish and regular. The pedicures are awesome also!
