Royal Cleaners

This was first time and the last I will ever use services here again.. was charged 56.02 for 3 pc suit.. no explanation of pricing and charges.. service desk lady was rude n unpleasant.. my credit card was declined twice and when I called back to let them know I had contacted my credit card company and found out there was an error within royal cleaners system and not my credit card, the lady I spoke with (Joy) who was also the same lady at the service desk was rude and did not even apologize for the inconvenience. I am so regretful I should've just stuck with the other dry cleaners I've used in the past. This was such a disappointment and an absolute shame that a place with such a Big name as Royal Cleaners has an employee such as this..
