Title: Wonderful Experience

It was our first time visiting the Fusion Steakhouse (for a friend's birthday), and it was a blast! Great food, a great showing by the chefs, and a great time! We're definitely going to go back!

Everythin is great you suld tried it

This place is a total blast if you are looking for a place to let your hair down and have a good time. From the moment we walked in the door the atmosphere was fantastic! We could see all of the other parties have a fabulous time and could not wait until our chef came out. He lived up to everything we expected and more! He had us laughing and having the best time that I have ever had at a restaurant. I will say that this is not for the "fuddy" "duddy" crowd. If you do not like loud music, having rice thrown at you to catch with your mouth and lots of sake squirted in your mouth then stay home! I hate to see the poor reveiws on here because they are so undeserved. I will be back - time and time again. The food was great. I had Filet and Chicken with fried rice and veggies. There was a great assortment of veggies and the filet was cooked perfectly. My chicken was not dry like it tends to get at other Japanese Steakhouse's. Please give this place a go - it will be worth it. As I said though, if you are boring and dont like having a fun time - stay home!!

This was the first time I have been to The Fusion Steakhouse and I loved it. I went there to celebrate my birthday and enjoyed the whole evening. Great atmosphere. Food was very good. The cook was awesome. I don't see how anyone would give a bad review. I definitely will go back there. Nice clean place too.

Great food and service! Super funny cooks and yummy food. The only thing that we did not like was the prices, but groupon definitely helps!

Terrible. This place will not be in business long. I went to pay for our dinner and went to use my Groupon and they said I could not use it on a Saturday. $43.00 for a $20.00 meal. I will use my Groupon and will never be back. Save your money and go to McDonalds.

I don't know what people are talking about. The chefs are fun, servers are great and the food is delicious. Awesome fresh sushi and such a friendly environment. Definently will be back. Make sure to make reservations on weekends because they are always packed. Great bar area too.

We tried the Grove City Fusion Steakhouse because we live out of Columbus a long way an was hoping to find a good Japanese steakhouse closer to home.

We were so disappointed! The food was very bland! We ordered the dinner meal but could see where we received and different portions than the lunch portions. My salad an soup bowls were placed on my plate, but bottoms were very dirty w/ I'm not sure what? So was some of the other diner's bowl bottoms. The snips of music and chef show was juvenile at times, but I'm sure the young crowd would like it as a party place! So if u have a favorite Japanese steakhouse - just keep going there, because its not worth the money at Fusion! It's an adult Chuckie Cheese!!!!

First off, I have only been there once and it was to pick up an order that I placed over the phone. It was around 1:30 when I arrived and was DEAD!!! I just ordered a few rolls that were supposed to come with soup and salad. The wait for my food was about 25 minutes which was extremely long just for a few sushi rolls. I also had to request my soup and salad that they forgot to put in my bag.



As far as the food went, I was pleased. But I could see that I would not like eating in because the music was obnoxiously loud and the service just from what I was seeing looked to be way below par. I saw many of the wait staff on their phones while a couple was standing at the door waiting to be seated. So, I will go back because it is so close to where I live but I do not ever plan on eating in. They also have a great lunch special...3 rolls with soup and salad for like $13. That can't be beaten!!!

Although I had a wonderful time last night at Fusion I defiantly thought you didn't get the bang for your buck. The chef threw more food around than he served. The people we were seated with we're a hoot so it was a fun time. Oh and the beer was Luke warm and when we asked for cold ones we were forgotten about.

If you enjoy waiting more than 25 minutes to place your order (they opened at 11:30, we arrived at 11:30) while listening to intermittent explosions of obnoxious music, only to be taken aback by the hostess informing you (15 minutes after taking your order) that they "can't do lunch portions today" and we can only get dinner (and pay the dinner price); then this place may be a perfect fit for you. I however, will NEVER return! The food was horribly bland, and cold by the time my chicken was served (a few pieces of which weren't even thoroughly cooked!) Terribly disappointed that they took 2 hours out of my day ON TOP of charging $15 for a $7 meal.

Absolutely horrible.... didnt even stay for our dinner. Totally stupid.WAY too OVER PRICED! I have worked at Bennihana and the prices and experience is way better than this place! Seriously the stupid random music clips they have are pathetic, and u dont even get a good amount of food for what u pay for! I couldnt stand it and just up and left. And on my way out they had the left door locked so I ended up busting my lip on the door. There was no sign!

For folks who are comparing this to the House of Japan or Japanese Steakhouse (the other Hibachi steakhouses in Cbus) this will be a disappointment in terms of quality of product. I can see this being a hit with the twenty something and younger crowd. They play pop music snippets while doing the show, have an extensive drink menu (and a visually appealing bar area), shoot saki in your mouth from a squirt bottle, and the prices are less expensive than the other places mentioned. I can imagine for a bunch of 21 year old folks coming in with a crowd on a Friday really enjoying this place. If you are looking to bring small children who could be frightened of loud noises or you're looking for a quality cut of steak/meal then I would suggest sticking with the other hibachis above.

What are these people talking about? This place is the worst "restaurant" I have ever seen/been to. These last few reviews must be either employees or idoits that dont know what a quality dinning experience is. Bad food mixed with annoying music mixed with over priced menu does not equal a classy establishment. I would bet that the bad reviews on here are acutal customers that all had the same experience and that the really really good reviews are just lies and the same people trying to steal more of the general populations dollars. Gross DO NOT EAT HEREEEEEEEEEEEEE throwup time.

The place was very fun to be at! Great atmosphere and great people! I would recommend the spot to anyone.. I feel like the negative reviews came from people who weren't there to have fun! We went for a birthday party and the server was very fun and made it very entertaining for all of us!! Food was great and so was service,would go back again!

NO NO NO.... you have got to be kidding me. this place is a sham. they take your premium amount of money for lackluster food, service, and experience. DO NOT GO HERE save your money for walmart food (better quality and prices), Seriously this person is a joke below me

Still shaking my head. This place is awful, Awful AWFUL!!! From the food to the floors everything here is tasteless and ment to scam people out of money and an actual respectable dining expereince. Gangnam Style is anoying alone once; but played on a constant repeat makes me want to rip my ears out. It will be ringing in my head forever. Went here on a non busy lunch day and got charged full price for small portions and over cooked crap. Ordered the steak and got a flank cut of meat that was supposej to be ribeye. The rice was tasteless and the chief kept trying to throw things in out mouths and fill them with some kind of "saki". No restaurant would have saki pouring out for free... that's against the laws people. Came with a my family and got charged 18 percent gratuity when just me and my wife were paying for our own check. Servers were nice but the cheifs were alittle loud and over bearing. Never agian is all i can say. Save your money for a meal from walmart across the street. Far better quality and far better pricing. Still dont understand how you can charge 20 dollars for 4 ounces of skillet steak, some crappy lettuce from the bag, clear broth, and a veggie mix with rice. NO GOOD... DO NOT GO! SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR A REAL STEAKHOUSE

I wasnt impressed with less flavorful rice and veggies that you get from other columbus japanese hibachi style restaurants. (although the squash was fantastic lol) the steak and chicken were over cooked and again not that much flavor unless you drowed everything in there version of yum yum sauce. The gyoza was good but the negimaki was gross!!! The best part was the service they were very friendly and funny. Also it was very annoying to here gangnam style played i counted 18 times through dinner wtf? (i love psy to people but holy crap) but yes id rather take my 70 bucks to itchiban for better quality and flavor of my food!
