Santa Rosa Family Dentistry

Santa Rosa Family Dentistry is horrible! My whole family went there for about a year, and every time we went, there was some sort of problem. The woman doctor didn't want to finish work on 1 of my front teeth, because she said I didn't have a picture of the tooth prior?! I had to make her put her gloves back on and told her to make the tooth look exactly like the other front tooth in my mouth! Ms. Gomez then had the audacity to tell me she would not be doing this procedure again. I wasn't rude or unpleasant, I just wanted the work done on my FRONT TOOTH to look nice. She told me that I would have to get a procedure done that that costs thousands of dollars. How ridiculous, ALL BECAUSE THIS WOMAN DOESN'T LIKE TO DO THE PROCEDURE????!, or was it because she is used to doing mediocre work? THEN, THE OWNER CALLS and apologizes and requests we take down the review! We told him that it is a correct representation of the actual events that took place, and we would NOT take down the review. Then, instead of sending us a bill, they sent it to collections. Good Riddance.
