Do they do acrylic nails on teens?(young teens around 13 yrs old)

I have been going to Ann's Nail salon for 2 years now. The technicians are highly trained and strive to giving the best customer service possible. Specifically the spa pedicures! A little pricey, but worth the money for the product and service. She do not have tanning or hair services though.

Beds are rarely cleaned. They are very dirty. They charge 60$ a month. The bulbs in the beds are ready to blow out. It is owned by asians and the owner has a terrible attitude. The atmosphere is not friendly at all. I went to a bed which I know had a dead fly in it for atleast a month. Everytime I went and checked it was still there, I just used the standup for the rest of the time because my refund was refused. And if you do ask for standup they give you attitude, I guess it uses more energy. Please do not catch anything!
