Haverford Township Police Department

Had a table umbrella stolen off my back deck at about 4pm Upon calling police to report the issue I received a call back from them They were too busy to come out. After a 5 minute down pour they claimed wires and trees were down (Tuesday 25th)although no news stations reported any such thing and they then told me it blew away. A 6 and a half foot umbrella fully opened inside an umbrella holder and a 4 ft glass table on a deck with 4 ft railings somehow blew away and everything else, table , umbrella holder and other plastic furniture never moved. My yard is also surrounded by 40 ft tall arborvitaes so chances of a 6 and a half ft umbrella extended slipping through them is nearly impossible. I was then asked "who would steal your $30.00 umbrella?" by an Officer Redding. Well probably the same person who stole loose change and two new tee shirts. They claim it will show up. They seem to know a lot. I don't understand why they don't know who is committing these crimes. Why would anyone steal loose change? If my umbrella was in a car maybe he wouldn't have been so smart.
