Classic Touch Car Wash

I called before hitting traffic to go over and they tell me they're open until 7pm. I arrive at 5:30pm and saw a bunch of guys (employees) sitting and talking outside. I was approached by one who told me "We're closed!" As I turn to leave, a girl runs after me saying they're open, so I go back and buy the 18.99 deluxe which includes wheel cleaning and window cleaning. The guys all laughed and I heard one say he doesn't care a customer is there.

They did a HORRIBLE exterior job, bugs and dirt still on all four sides of my car, and my wheels weren't even touched!

I tipped a dollar out of pity.

If I could give zero stars, I would.

Please don't make the same mistake I made. Save yourself the headache.

Great quick oil change service and car wash. I highly recommend them. And I live pretty far away but take my car every month.

Don't ever go here!! Not even for an oil change! I told them I needed an oil change, they did do it quickly, I told them do not place their tacky white sticker on my windshield I'm driving a Brand New KiA Soul. They put it in the car wash, their cheap machines messed up my car, and the manager said that "Kia was made cheap" didn't even offer me any way of repayment.. PURE GARBAGE

Do not take your car to this place or you will be sorry.They do a sloopy job,give your car back half done and still charge you.If you complain they do not accept any resposability.I received my car dirty they charged me for shampoo and car wash,the car was full of grime,dirt and stains,they even damage a clear plastic piece that i will have to pay to replace out of my pocket.The worst experience i had with this type of place.I would not recommended to anyone.
