Arriving on my desk is a Purchase Order for 7/30/2010 that now on 11/03/10 has an outstanding balance.

The NET 30 Terms agreement has not been paid.

The amount of the purchase order is $3,854.00.

It looks as if Mr. Jose Cordova is a scam artist and has been ripping off businesses for a long time.

How do people get away with this? Our company was provided with references that now look as if they were fabricated by the owner.

I am ready to file a class action suit.

Terrible do not do business with this company

This company ordered $2000.00 worth of product from a company I work for, and they now seem to not exist.

We shipped them $2500 worth of products. No response and No Phone calls.

We checked their references and all came very good. Seems link he fabricated the references as well.

My collection agency doesn't want to send letter to new address. Does any one has any proof that new address is his address ?

Lets get together and put him behind the bars.

they will ask for net terms and then after you ship product they will not respond to you. Do not do business with them and better yet i call it fraud. Send collections, police, and FBI.



Do not deal with Jose Cordova or Michael Sampoyo.



Please send all investigations to their location at 765 Crandon Blvd. Apt 411 Key Biscayne, FL 33149. This address is under another company called V Angel V Inc.





They are reported already being reported under collections and then police and FBI.

My company shipped over $2000.00 worth of merchandise to this company and they now are not responding to phone calls, faxes, letters, or e-mails so I would not suggest anyone send them product unless they get a credit card from them first.
