tried to schedule an appointment and the receptionist was talking so fast i couldnt understand her. I had to ask her to slow down multiple times. She was making it very difficult to schedule an appointment. Wanted me to fill out new patient forms online and email them back (impossible because they are not the kind of forms you can fill out on line. you would have to print them out, scan then, and then email them back)and give them all of my insurance and private information before they would even consider making an appointment. Receptionist was very rude.

I went into my appointment feeling nervous and scared about seeking help.
And it turns out I was right to feel that way. My psychiatrist was insensitive, emotionless, and made me feel uncomfortable.
I felt like I was being attacked by his words. He belittled me and made me shake and cry during the appointment. He didn't try and console me or apologize. He was silent, and had a dead stare on me. I felt taunted and verbally attacked. He implied I came here because I was crazy. Which freaked me out because I always thought psychiatrist were for crazy people and they just lock people away in psych wards. I told him this and he preyed upon it. He kept throwing comments at me about me going to jail too, over and over. Was he being sarcastic or jabbing at me to see how I respond? Who knows. But regardless it was wrong the way he did it.
I'm a 21 year old girl who nervously came to this appointment to be treated for anxiety and depression. Do you feel that's a proper way to handle someone with depression? Not only did I cry during the appointment. I cried all the way home.
That's the last time I trust a "professional" with my mental health.

Dr. Earl is great. Tap on the glass and the white haired receptionist doesn't open it if she's on the phone. You can be standing there 5 minutes. It won't matter. Its very rude. She could at least open it to acknowledge you.

My wife and I have gone to Dr Earle for years. We have always found him to be helpful, kind, and very professional. The whole office is awesome. We wouldn't go anywhere else. I always feel listened to.

My son and I were both treated for depression by Dr. Earle, and my son was seen by Paige Thompson as well. After my son's suicide, I notified the office. No one acknowleged his death. No one called to check on my family or on me as a patient. NO ONE CARED AND ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY.
