The team at Piney Point is amazing! We felt like the team truly cared for us as if we were family. Everything was well planned and thought out. They took their time and ensured that we were able to get proper results as well as care. They were available and patient through the whole process.

Every step of the way in this one year journey of multiple retrievals and transfer in November has been positive. Both Dr. Witz and staff have been excellent and accommodating. Early on, there was some fluctuations in nurses, although all nurses have been super. We especially liked Juli.

All of the staff from the front desk, nurses and Dr. Witz went above and beyond to make every visit comfortable. The communication was easy with the nursing staff with put me at ease.

Everyone was great and receptive to any questions and concerns I had. Everything was done in a timely manner. I always recommend this location to any friends looking for a fertility specialist.

Dr. Witz and the office staff were very patient and knowledgeable throughout the last year. We are very happy with our choice to go with HFI.

Everyone is caring and sweet. They answer all my questions and if they do not know the answer, they ask Dr. Witz and get back to me as soon as possible. Every appointment has been great. I will be recommending this office and plan on coming back if needed.

I felt very welcomed and well taken care of. The staff was more than accommodating and made you feel special. The weekly visits were very reassuring.

Absolutely LOVED Dr. Witz and his staff! They were wonderful through this 1.5 year journey. Fertility treatments are hard to begin with, but HFI makes the whole processes easier. They make you feel comfortable from the very beginning and guide you through the complicated processes. The staff, and Dr. Witz were amazing and were always so accommodating to my busy schedule. They ease your fears and make you feel very comfortable. I love that it is so personalized and you are never just another patient. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. I was very happy here and will miss them all now as I transfer to my normal OB for the rest of my pregnancy!

The doctor and staff were extremely thorough and kept on top of everything. All of the procedures and appointments were quick and efficient which I really appreciated. I also felt like the doctor and staff always had my best interest in mind. Infertility can be a stressful but HFI made the process much easier and I did not have to worry about everything because I knew they were going to take care of me. I highly recommend this clinic and especially Dr. Witz.

The doctor and staff are excellent in supporting you during such a sensitive treatment. They are very professional and addressed all of our concerns. We always felt to be in good hands at any time of the day.

Early on it was a challenge to get answers about the process. I think doctors in this field have so much experience they forget to answer the simple questions. Overall, I had a great experience in both the Piney Point and Beaumont offices. I would highly recommend HFI and each of my doctors and nurses to anyone.

We have vistited the clinic on several occassions during weekends, we never felt pressured or a burden on the staff. They always have a positive attitude. We call them our second family.
