15 year old dryer is running like new again. Fast friendly duct cleaning service at a good price. Can't beat that!

Really, really great service. On their first visit they found both of our chimneys to have been installed incorrectly, subsequently causing cracks. The house could have burned down! Repair was expensive, but we will be eternally grateful that Lord's discovered the problems and were able to make the necessary repairs. Kudos for 5 star service!

Lord's did an excellent job cleaning my dryer vent and installing a new bird guard on my VERY tall townhouse today. It was a very challenging job because the area in the back is only about 2 feet wide and leaves no room to angle the ladder. Terrence climbed up at least 40 ft straight and worked to install the bird guard on stucco after cleaning out the machine. He and Billy were very prompt and professional. Lord's is not the cheapest you will find, but you get what you pay for- 2 other companies that quoted less never returned after realizing the difficulty of the job. I am glad I finally have a company who can finish the work exactly as needed! Mollie M.

Lee from Lords Chimney made 2 visits to my home. During the first visit, he thoroughly checked out my dryer vent system and explained his findings. something were not up to current codes. He then gave me 3 options ( with pros & cons for each). During his second visit he again explained his tasks before he started. After he finished, he cleaned the work areas and outlined a plan of action to keep everything in working condition. Lee and the ladies in the office were extremely pleasant and helpful. I will use the company again and will recommend to others.
