I have developed my training regime through years of experience by working with a variety of people, and by constantly adapting my program to the needs of my clients. As a professional bodybuilder, I understand how to effectively achieve an amazing body transformation. At Macros and Iron, we start with the client's vision and together we outline a regimen designed to achieve the desired body image. One's physique can truly be a piece of art and sometimes even a masterpiece. Thus, we mold, and we sculpt towards the client's vision through fitness and nutrition while ultimately making a lifestyle change.
