Regular wellness care and spinal adjustments can improve your neuromuscular condition, which, in turn, improves flexibility and reduces chances of injuries and back pain due to sports and activities.
Nutritional Consultation
When we receive the lab results, I will analyze the findings and we will call you to set up your first nutritional counseling session. A food diary of your intake from the previous week would be helpful at this point to help address dietary changes that may be indicated.

Care at Better Health Center begins at conception. When the mother is functioning at near potential, the environment of the developing child within is at its optimal. Through the nine months of development, mom is evaluated twice a month, and adjusted as indicated to reduce subluxations that interfere with life's expression through the nerves of the body.
Myofascial Therapy
With no additional charge include applied kinesiology--food allergy/nutrient compatibility testing, TMJ balancing, brief trigger point therapy/myofascial release, acupuncture tacs, horary chart information affecting sleep issues, cranial alignment, etc.
Pediatric Chiropractic
As a woman’s pregnancy advances, some chiropractic techniques will need to be modified for your comfort. Your ICPA (International Chiropractic Pediatric Association) chiropractor is aware of this and will make the necessary changes. The passage of the baby through the mothers pelvis occurs through a process called nutation and then counter-nutation as the pelvis undergoes extreme changes in tilt of the pelvic bones to allow ample room for safe passage of the baby. Pre-existing relatively unnoticed or unidentified imbalances (subluxations) in the spine and pelvis along with those created in the course of pregnancy not only affect the comfort of mom but also have the potential to significantly lengthen labor and complicate delivery.
Applied Kinesiology
During the initial nutrition visit, I will explain your blood work results as well as make recommendations for diet and supplements. I will use applied kinesiology to test the compatibility of the supplements for you, as well as rule out any foods that you may be allergic to during this first phase of the diet.
Chiropractic Injury Treatment

Dr. Wolff at the Better Health Center handles auto accidents by having our patients open a Personal Injury Protection (PIP) claim under their own auto insurance policy and directly assign payment to us. This way, our patient gets the care that Dr. Wolff prescribes and all treatment costs are paid by the insurance company directly to Dr. Wolff/Better Health Center.
