They want your money. Always found something wrong with your car. Did an alignment anyway and gave you an estimate that all your suspension are bad. 4 new tires promotion required that you have to buy road hazard warranty, alignment, balance and rotation, etc... which add up to your total.

The manager here is the rudest person. I never go to ntb. The bate and switch has always been too UN ethical for myself. All there promotions have gimmicks. I know somebody that works here and they are so miserable, That means they treat there employees worse than the customers :( All around bad company.
